Karen Grotte is a lifelong Sonoma County resident and full-time agent. She brings over 30 years of business experience to the real estate industry in the areas of banking and finance management, human resources, corporate training and lending.

Karen has consistently remained a top producer since entering the world of real estate in 2003. She is ranked among the top 50 agents in Northern California and, as of September 1, 2022, she is #8 in Santa Rosa sales and #28 in Sonoma County sales. Karen is an active member of the North Bay Association of REALTORS^® and the LIME Foundation, serving on both boards.

Karen is committed to assisting her clients with trust and integrity and has expanded her team to include an experienced full-time real estate assistant/team leader. She provides the personalized service necessary for the complex process of buying or selling property.

Having performed in local musical theater productions throughout her life, Karen hopes to get on stage soon. She also enjoys the Northern California coast, travelling, time with friends and family – and of course her three dogs!
